The Floating Deck
These clients wanted an elegant and unique deck to go with their Kitchen and Family Room Addition. They also needed a way to filter the afternoon sun. We supported the new deck in such a way that it appears to float – a much lighter and less massive feel than their original deck had. The pergola built on top of the deck provides just enough screening from the sun while maintaining an open feel.
