Two Story Addition
This 1920’s house had lots of charm, but nowhere near enough room for this growing family. The existing rooms were all small – the kitchen was tiny – and it just didn’t work anymore. The solution was to go out the back, adding a big eat in kitchen, half bath, and family room on the first floor, and a master suite and laundry room on the 2nd floor.
Before the addition, this house had charm - and windows everywhere.
